Delete OurDream AI Account 2026: Cancel Subscription and Stop Billing
Before deleting your OurDream AI account, cancel your subscription. This order matters: if you delete the account while an active subscription exists, you may continue getting billed for an account you can no longer access. Here's the correct two-step process with every method available for cancellation and deletion.

Step 1 — Cancel Your Subscription First
Method A: Cancel via the website (recommended)
- Log in to ourdream.ai
- Click your profile avatar (top right)
- Go to Profile Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation in the dialog
- You'll retain access until the current billing period ends
Method B: Cancel via Google Play (if you subscribed through Play)
- Open Google Play on your Android device
- Tap your profile icon > Subscriptions
- Find "OurDream: AI Companion"
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Method C: Cancel via App Store (if you subscribed through App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Find the OurDream AI subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Method D: Email support
Send a cancellation request to [email protected] with your account email. Allow 1–2 business days for confirmation. Use this method if the in-app cancel option isn't working.
Important: Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the current paid period expires. No prorated refunds are issued.
Step 2 — Delete Your Account
After confirming subscription cancellation (or if you're on the free plan):
- Log in to ourdream.ai
- Click your profile avatar
- Navigate to Profile Settings > Danger Zone
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm by typing your account email or password as prompted
- Account is permanently deleted
What deletion removes:
- Your account credentials and login access
- All created characters and their settings
- All conversation history
- Remaining DreamCoin balance
- Any saved media generations
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. There is no account recovery after this step.
Key Warnings
- Cancel subscription before deleting — this is the single most important rule
- Spend remaining DreamCoins before deleting — they are lost permanently
- No prorated refunds — if you have 15 days left in a monthly period, you'll receive access for those 15 days but no money back
- Multiple subscription sources — if you have subscriptions through both the website and an app store, cancel each one separately

Go to ourdream.ai > Profile Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription, then confirm. You can also cancel via Google Play or App Store subscriptions if you subscribed through those platforms. Email [email protected] if the in-app method isn't working.
OurDream AI does not offer prorated refunds. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the current billing period ends, but no partial refund is issued for unused days. If you believe you've been wrongly charged, contact [email protected] with your account and billing details.
Log in to ourdream.ai, go to Profile Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account, and confirm the deletion. Cancel your subscription first to avoid continued billing after deletion. Account deletion is permanent — all data, characters, conversations, and DreamCoins are permanently removed.
Your DreamCoins remain accessible until the end of the paid billing period. Once your subscription expires or you delete your account, unused DreamCoins are forfeited. Spend remaining coins on images, voice messages, or other features before your account closes.
